1.08 update

CBPF 1.08 is now in testing.

Following are a few of the changes

1. There will be exporting ability for many of the reports if you want to use the data from a report in another program.
2. Editing ability to the weekly file prior to creating your weekly report.
3. Editing ability of the weekly file prior to sending e-mails.

I've received several good suggestions for future versions.
